Our college friends are on a Summer adventure. They were able to come a visit for a night. We went to the Centerville Sprayground and then to City Barbeque for dinner. We came home, played, and stayed up later than normal. It was fun and relaxing.
Saturday, we all got up, shared breakfast, and played:
There were dinosaurs in the backyard today:
It was a very fun morning! After lunch, they were back on the road. David was sorry to see them leave; and the boys were sad as well. Luckily, we will definitely get together again, we just don't know when yet for sure...
After a shorter than normal lap, we were off to the Miamisburg Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center. We met up with our friend Brody. It ended up that the kids were in more of a "sand mood" than a "pool mood." This was fine, just a little messier than planned. We had fun building stuff up and washing stuff down:
After a light dinner, David and I were ready to crash on the couch for a while Wendy ran to the grocery. By bed time, David was just exhausted and ready to crash. It was a fun day.
